The Request for Applications (RFA), application package, and instructions are available. Carefully read the entire RFA and instructions before starting to prepare your application. Note that the RFA is also referred to as the Funding Opportunity Announcement.

- To access the application package and instructions on grants.gov:
- Go to www.Grants.gov
and click on the "FIND GRANT OPPORTUNITIES" link in the left hand menu.
- On the “FIND GRANT OPPORTUNITIES” page, click “Basic Search” button.
- On the “BASIC SEARCH” page, in the box under “Search by CFDA Number:” enter 93.237. Then click on the “SEARCH” button.
- On the “SEARCH RESULTS” page, click on the link for the appropriate cycle.
- Click on the “APPLICATION” link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to download the application package and instructions.

Budget Cycle 2: The application deadline is December 13, 2009 for existing grantees that currently have a January 1, 2009 start date (budget cycle 2).
Budget Cycles 3-4: Application deadlines for existing grantees in these budget cycles have not yet been finalized; they will be shared as soon as they are available.
All existing grantees are welcome to access RFA information and participate in training/technical assistance activities, regardless of what budget cycle they are in.
